If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, and message and send them to our team by email (processed through our email delivery provider). When you book open play, parties, classes, memberships, or passes, you provide information directly to our booking partner (see Third-party services below).

Children and families. Our services are designed for young children and their caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without a parent or guardian. Bookings, waivers, and check-in for minors are handled through our booking system under an adult account or with guardian consent at the venue.

Automatic information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and approximate access time for security and reliability. Our site may store limited data in your browser (for example, a shopping cart demo on the shop pages) until you clear it.

Photos and video in our space. We may take photos or short videos during open play, classes, parties, and events for social media, our website, and marketing. These may include children and adults in the background of activity shots. If you prefer your family not be photographed, tell a team member when you arrive.

We use trusted providers who process data under their own privacy policies:

• Roller for online booking, waivers, and checkout at our booking site. Information you enter there (names, contact details, payment information, waiver signatures) is collected by Roller on our behalf.
• Mailchimp (Intuit) to manage our email list when you subscribe on this website. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.
• Hosting and media providers that deliver our website and hosted images and videos (including cloud storage for site assets).

Links on our site to Instagram, TikTok, and other external sites are governed by those platforms' policies, not this one.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers listed above to run our business, when required by law, to protect the safety of guests and staff, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger), with notice where appropriate.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including booking records required for operations and accounting, newsletter data while you remain subscribed, and marketing photos unless you ask us to remove a specific image where feasible.

• Booking data: contact us or Roller support to update or ask questions about reservation and waiver records tied to your account.
• Photography: ask staff not to photograph your family during your visit.
• Browser data: clear your browser storage or cookies to remove local cart demo data on shop pages.

Colorado residents may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws, including the right to access, correct, or delete certain personal information and to opt out of certain processing. Contact us to make a request; we will respond within the timeframes required by law.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information we control. No website or email transmission is completely secure; please use caution when sending sensitive information and book through our official Roller checkout for payments.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
